If you are continuing to trade through your limited company after the IR35 changes in April 2021, you will require a ‘fee payer’ to pay your limited company.
The fee payer takes the HMRC financial risk of getting those payments correct with or without appropriate tax deductions, depending on your IR35 status.
Due to the risk many parties will not act as a fee payer. The giant IR35 fee payer takes away this risk.
